Narrowing Down Designers

the first thing that stands out about http://www.sexxxydesign.com is that their work seems to have a lot of small graphic extras as decoration on the pages rather than the pages - with design elements - being made as a single planned out page with design elements as part of the original plan.

and don't get me wrong - for some kinds of design, that can lead to more impact.

i didn't notice any gay designs, which doesn't always matter, their portfolio is on the smaller side and a lot of the work is pretty similar. but sometimes that means they'll work that much harder for you.

I did like some of the graphics they did, but I am not sold on anyone yet. Its just that cut-outs and all that I can handle so really the graphics are a big deal to me. Should be a bit heavy on graphics but also with this page I need a almost amateur feel too it, god I am sure they are going to love me LOL

I am also talking with www.envisionextadult.com Xbix nominee guy that did some work for JUB. He’s a really cool guy, helped me with some other things as well.

there is no one right answer so i'd say your best bet is to go with someone skilled who agrees in advance that if things aren't done to your specs, they will keep working till they have created what you described at the outset of the project.

that way, if your directions and samples you make are clear, you pretty much have to end up with what you want.

THax Lee, wish the last guy had a portfolio to look at seems their site is under constitution. That is kind of weird for a designer, you would think they would know to make the updated site first then do the update, but maybe he’s just not taking new biz.

THax Bass I am sure your right, as long as they are willing to fix it and do what I ask I am sure I will at the end of the day get what I want, but really my head is spinning with all this. I am not really narrowing down crap yet every time I look around I find another possibility (http://www.insaneadultcreations.com)
