Yes, if the user decides to delete all thier cookies, it will remove some sponsor cookies, just like the setting in IE will. However, 99% of sponsors these days dont just track sales using cookies so this isnt as much of a concern today as it could have been 2 or 3 years ago.
The other good thing about using Evidence Wipe to remove cookies is, because the software has a 'Cookie Keeper' section, which lists all of the cookies on a users computer, it doesnt just arbitrarily delete all cookies, the end-user physically has to check a button each and every time they run the software to remove cookies, in addition to selecting which cookies they want to keep, and which they want to remove.
