Because I can and as a small company I follow the example of the big ones. They go where the taxes are lower, the rules and regulations are less tight and the work force is cheaper. Granted, it's not patriotic, but why should I be the fool, stay here and the big ones simply give a shit about 'my' country. Through their power of lobbyism they have the ability to change things. I don't don't have this tool, I simply use their system to my advantage wherever I can.

However, I still pay taxes in 'my' country, only my company pays where it is incorporated. Luckily as an EU citizen I have an easy and wide choice of countries. At least until politicians make some substantial changes to the system. But I'm pretty sure I won't live that long to see it coming.
