I don't know which states, but I have heard from several sources that several states will issue non-driver IDs to non-US citizens. I remember a couple of Canadian models who were doing that so they could continue to work in the US.

Wouldn't the billers want something more official like a Social Security Number?

Richard, are there any sponsors that you do really well with? have a good rapport with? Maybe you could approach them about going into a partnership. I know it's a little stickier and there's always a risk, but it's something to think about.

Also, check out Moneris. I've seen them pop up a couple of time on adult type sites. Moneris is a biller created by two Canadian banks. They used to do Big Cock Society, but then got scared by the adult stuff and backed out. But then I've seen their logo on other sites.
