I really can not don’t get why you guys can NEVER see the big picture, or what’s really going on. Sean, this bigger picture is that the INDUSTRY IS CHANGING. Content producers are going to have to figure out new ways of monetizing their content. The old model will soon die out, and a new one will take effect. Viral marketing and Xtube are not going away, and they are excellent methods for promoting one's self. And again, it comes down to YOUR content and how effective it is in retaining membership. If you're offering quality content that people want to pay to see, they will stay a member of your site. If you don't get THAT, then there's nothing anyone can say to help YOU.
