I see focus as the biggest issue here. Yes, the site does focus on "real men" meaning athletic/jocks and macho/older/hairy, but it's the tour that doesn't focus well enough for me. Focus the tour on these guys and how you feature them AND have a focus for each page of your tour as it leads up to the join page. There are so many links on each page that your focus gets lost.
