Nakedfrathouse--HOT content but no conversions

I recently changed the free tour of Nakedfrathouse. The site has great content with 6 hours of free live chat everyday, gallery updates every week and 9 live cams 24/7 in our San Diego dorm.

I'm getting decent traffic, but my conversions have gone way down lately. I'd love to hear suggestions.

Easter might be a big part of that, not sure I would freak out yet, give it another week. My sales have already bounced back (I so HATE religious holidays) :shit:

Not sure how old your tour is, but a update to your tour would be my next guess. Your tour looks good, but if its old or your now having problems with sales, that is what I would do :signhere:

Thanks Max, but you must have missed the fact that I JUST CHANGED THE TOUR and I HAVE DECENT TRAFFIC already! It's just not converting.

I know you're trying to be helpful. But concrete suggestions based on my question is what would help. Specific suggestions like "change the join now button" instead of general ideas like "update your tour" are appreciated.

Then change it back

The changes obviously didnt work for you in terms of increased sales so something is wrong with it in the eyes of your surfers, go back to the old tour for a couple of weeks and see if sales pick up again, if they do, you know the new tour is no good.

There is nothing wrong with going back to 'older' versions of redesigned sites if sales drop with the new version, i do it all the time on Condom Cash.
