A couple things I noticed.. the "current bros" should go to a simple little bio, and not to the join page, they need to see who is really behind that little thumbnail head shot.

The "graduates" profile popup with the join link goes to a $2.95 trial page that you have to click again to go to the ccbill signup page with a $9.95 trial, a little confusing and a couple extra clicks can lose some of them.

I always find that when the preview pics or videos or whatever are not of the current guys, people are less reluctant to join. You might make sure that the current guys are the ones on the cam preview images. Some of those guys don't look to "frat".

The live video chat link on the left goes to flirt4free, which is directly competing with your signups. maybe as an upsell in the member area, but I wouldn't offer that up front as an alternative. most of the video chat networks are so over exposed, it might even be a turnoff, people thinking the site is another "per minute" site (it does have that feel because of all the thumbs)

On the Join page, the blue text on the black background is tough to read. Not sure if that is a new page or not, but might try simple white text on black.

I also think you might go back to the old tour and see if sales pick up. I go backwards a lot, trying to find the right changes to use.
