Transexual - Have had or wish to have sexual reassignment surgery. They believe they were meant to live as the opposite gender.
Transvestite - Live part-time or full-time as the opposite gender but do not wish to have surgery to remove/replace their existing genitals. May have some secondary sexual characteristics of the opposite sex... breasts, facial hair, etc.
Cross-dressing - gets a sexual thrill from dressing as the opposite sex.
Drag queens/female impersonators - dress as the opposite sex to entertain.
