ICQ must be having issues... I have had a LOT of problems with it over the past week or two.

BTW, Lee... you know you can talk to people on ICQ over AIM, just enter their ICQ number in the AIM "buddy" window... it doesn't always show them as online, but it seems to work and these days is more reliable than ICQ, at least for me.
