The adult porn world has NO PLACE for kids, and that includes grooming them for when they turn 18 to do porn.

It's pretty basic and it's the law where you live: Title 18 USC § 2422. Coercion and Enticement

Ignorance of the law is no defence

You're just doing the same thing you always do on here, tipping those interested off that you might be ignorant of the law and willing to work on edgy material with young boys.

Max, my advice as an attorney, a former prosecutor, and someone that honestly hates to see anyone make a mistake that will get them in trouble:

Do not accept persons under the age of 18 as friends on your MySpace account.

Do not discuss modeling with anyone that has not reached the age of 18.

You are an adult and can make your own choices, but the choices you want to make put you at risk for a solicitation of minors charge. If convicted, you would become a registered sex offender. It is NOT worth the risk.

You know, if I didn't think there was a risk that his going to jail would make the rest of the industry look bad, or that he would start making blind accusations to about anyone he's ever met in the industry as a pathetic attempt to save his ass, I would say let him do what he's doing and go to jail. But even so, the fact that he's a possible danger to young people on MySpace makes me make the following statement...

Max, STOP NOW. For once in your life just listen to the people around you. You are on a one way street to jail and if you don't believe me there are several threads in the archives of this very website by someone very much like you who spoke often about his interest in the exact same type of guys you are talking about and who now resides in a tiny little jail cell for getting together with an underage boy. Sure, the circumstances are slightly different but the point is, he probably didn't think something like that could happen to him and he decided to go against common sense and try to play it as close to the line as possible when he accidentally crossed it. When you are that close to the line you can't always see the details and one wrong word, one wrong action and you will go to jail. Not maybe, not just a chance... you WILL go to jail. Do yourself a favor, get a job at a 7-11 and get out of the business. You are a danger to yourself and everyone around you.

Actually, they are going to suddenly change when they are 18. In the eyes of the law, they will be adults and you can legally talk to them about performing in adult entertainment. If you do that even a few days before they turn 18, you've committed a crime.

You've just admitted on a public forum that you're assembling a huge group of friends, including a lot of 15 and 16 year olds, to promote your porn site featuring guys who, by your own admission and language on your site, are marketed to look and otherwise appear as though they are underage, and to talk to guys who, in your own words, are underage, about appearing in pornography when they eventually turn 18.

And then you've indicated you want to have the profiles of the guys who are underage appear "hidden."

In every way, you are talking and acting like a ephebophile, a sexual predator who stalks teenagers.

Why don't you just save everyone the hassle, and call the California State Police right now, ask for the sex crimes unit, and ASK them to come over and bust you? What you're doing is pretty much the same thing.

Once there was a discussion about MAX being removed from GWW. LEE seems to find him entertaining. Now it is CP issue.

Max, I sincerely had given you another chance, as I think many others here also have done. But you have now crossed a line that you can NEVER un-cross.

You have ultimately revealed yourself as a potential predator of young people. And this community can NO longer ignore your illness. You MUST seek help for your disease before you harm someone. Sensible adult webmasters would NEVER even contemplate what you are considering.

And PLEASE... anyone reading this thread, do not downgrade the severity of this issue by thinking to yourself, "Oh, max is just trying to be provocative and controversial." You are just making excuses and this is just too alarming to ignore.

Odd. Max's MySpace profile went down -- like it had been taken down -- and now a new one is back up with the same name, except now it is a 21 year old from Canada.

MySpace does take down profiles that violate TOS but after the profile is taken down, a new one can go up with the old name. I wonder if the new one is someone else or just Max not giving up.

I am reluctant to say this because I prefer being able to keep tabs on him, but I think it is time for Max to go.
