I don't suppose you'd need 2257 docs for people involved in non-sexual situations, but you'd certainly be opening yourself up to legal trouble if you were broadcasting from private property without permission and without model releases. I think you'd want to consult an attorney first. Get some legal advice on where you can and can't shoot.

no basically it streams live, not recorded, of course i can record at the server side , it is using the evdo network so I can pretty much take it anywhere. and yes, I wont need 2257 as it wont be getting sexual situations at least in public and as we are usually out with it in public we dont need a waiver wither as the general public in Florida isnt expecting a right to privacy in public places.

we are still playing with it and tweaking it but so far its working great.

the entire thing weights around 4.5 pounds and i can plug various cams into it, like the head mounted on, of a camcorder or the HD cam depending on what i want to stream.
