IMHO scenario #2 should be paid more than #1.

However, lets look at this from a program owners standpoint, as you have already said WE have to create/purchase more content to keep that surfer rebilling, why should we also have to pay the affiliate for doing nothing for the rebills?

I mean, they sent the surfer to the tour, we did our job in converting the surfer, we're doing our job by retaining the surfer, im not really seeing anything 'fair' from this viewpoint, are you?

Well I think its very "fair"

There is little you can do about the first one. There is a kind member that just does that.

As to the second scenario, in our case you would get 50/50 rebill as long as the customer stays on.
And I dont think that you should get more for that. You sent them to us once and its the website that is holding them to rebill. You are not doing anything to keep that member there. but you are making 50% every month on it.
Thats very fair.

IT sound like you think that you send the member and you get payed once and thats it.
We were told that most all give revshare on rebills.

Is that not the case?
