Both of them are in the wrong as far as i am concerned, Flynt for using the images in the first case and Titan for going directly to legal proceedings, surely this could have been resolved out of court?

Just seems like more and more companies are turning to the courts to get things done rather than actually communicating between one another in the first instance.
