how the hell do they pay? for pic feeds its pretty easy, a flat rate will usually cover just about everyone. but for video it seems like the rate should be based on a sample usage... NOT necessarily the first few days tho... as any new feed in any site will get pounded during the first few days, even a week... id think a random sampling during the first 30 days, or an average of the first 30 days, would be the most fair for both sides...
