After the Feds put Richard Hatch away, Hollywood made the MPAAS pay the taxes on those Oscar gift bags from the year past, and limit this year's gift bag value to $600 (1099 no tax).

If you do business in a state that imposes a personal income tax, you can add the withholding of the state tax to your list of payroll tax responsibilities.
