I've always been openly gay. It would never occur to me to behave otherwise.

As far as the behind the scenes work at Manifest, it is pretty easy to follow. We send the best promotional materials to those affiliates that answer emails, that promote the site actively and show an interest in our content. I have found that those are the site owners that work the hardest to promote our site. We make custom sized and schemed banners for them, we provide them with the largest number of images etc.

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

    Alex,

So does every other sponsor though.

That was my point a few posts back, sponsors only post about what they think affiliates want to hear about their programs, the good stuff.

There are very few program owners that will post on (or about) the stuff that matters or when they do, it gets said in such a way like 'all affiliates are equal to us' to placate their existing affiliates whilst adding the 'marketing' spin so they can try and attract new affiliates.

    Regards,

    Lee

That's true Lee but on the same hand, to those affiliates that do not actively particpate, they can not expect to receive much support from a program. If we as owners reach out to them and get no response, there is very little reason to beat down their door. Espcecially with the number of folks that WILL work a program. Case in point, one affiliate was recently dropped due to their regular removal of our watermarks and posting our images in large groups linking to another program. I have seen our exclusive images made into banners promoting other sites as well. Our very best affiliates are almost all smaller sites. Their traffic converts and retains far better than the largest ones. These relationships are more important to us then the ones with mega sites which simply do not send us what we need.
