Depends on the content you aggregate?

I'm not sure if I understand the idea correctly, but putting a P2P/torrent spin on content you license or content that should be openly available, like xtube, might be one thing. But I easily imagine there would be sites that have a problem with someone else monetizing their service unless there's an agreement.

Being a gateway to stolen content is another matter, and would be squashed pretty quickly.
