Are CCBill's declines percentages higher today for anyone but me?
Seems we are getting a lot higher percentages of declines today...
Superscrubbers turned on?

NEW SITE TO PROMOTE - LatinPiss.com
Ccbill has stayed steady for us.
I haven't noticed increased declines but sales have been slow the last three days for sure. But then traffic has taken a marked nose dive as well so no worries. It will rebound on thursday.
if you guys want your account looked at, tested, etc....send me an email
mark@ccbill.com, ill get it checked out

Declines have been up on our sites as well, i will drop you an email Mark
I have been looking at implimenting NATS sometime in the near future, I now have Epoch set up but not processing yet. I am keeping ccbill as my primary biller. I know with NATS it allows me to cascade, so that if ccbill declines it will then go to Epoch, who will pick up the sale. Have those of you using NATS found this to be the case, i also seem to get alot of my European traffic declined saying we cannot process your banks BIN ? will NATS improve this decline ratio from Europe.
Finally what about administration with NATS is it alot more work to process all your affiliates payouts? i beleive you have to cut all the affiliate checks yourself? Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ccbill is terrible with accepting european credit cards. Not only that it by default has list of so called "high risk" countries which you have to manually turn off... I mean since I've been promoting sites on ccbill I can never ever surpass a certain weekly payout. No matter what I do each week is almost the same 50-130 $ up or down from previous.
While promoting sites that are not using ccbill as an affiliate I can build up my payout. Slowly, but eventually it grows.
Rebills seem to be dead on ccbill sites. I just can't believe that every week I seel for example 125 signups and of those 10 rebill next months. It's just crazy.
I'd take a close look at your rebills before you blame ccbill.
We were getting an unusual number of members that didn't rebill, and when we looked closely at the stats, it turned out that almost all of them were Visa Debit cards that were being returned as NSF (in other words, there was no money in the account when CCBill attempted to rebill)
A lot of our customers, at least, seem to run pretty close to the wire. They will place DVD orders and ask us to wait until payday to process the transaction, then call us to make sure that it went through OK.
So while CCBill may be somewhat conservative in scrubbing, you may also find that it's your own traffic and not ccbill...
