You'll either need to hire a designer, or purchase clipart and stock photography so that you have the required license to use the material for your designs. So called "free clipart" sites are usually ripping off someone's designs and they just collected them up and offer them for downloading.

You can also check out http://www.bigstockphoto.com/?refidzPABhrKV5fz ... you'd be amazed at the photos and stock art work available, and if you look, you'll see there's a way to also include adult rated imagery in any search you do.
