I've seen it all over the place when it comes to holidays. After 5 years I still can't tell when it's going to be busy, normal, or slow. The only thing I have been able to predict is that January tends to be slower than normal. I think because everyone is getting their Holiday credit card statements and having heart attacks. :goof:
