We had a similar experience to you with boarding Liquorice a few years ago, now she stays at a place in the enxt town over from us and she comes back so full of energy its unreal.

Even the veterinary place we use wont let her stay there because she was so enegetic the last time she tired out all the staff thats why we had to find a new place after our original place made her come back with blood in her urine and all lathargic looking
