Does your family know what you do for a living?

My family does, and My brother did a shoot. Kind of odd but eh.

My family knows and is supportive. My mom and her bf have even loaned me money for a domain purchase (trixie.com) when I needed help. Like IdolKnights, my sister has some galleries up on my site (softcore stuff only).

Tucker's family only has the vaguest idea of what I do and they are seriously opposed to it; they have no idea that he actually has two sites of his own and is part of the whole thing. He tried to tell them in an abstract way that he is "working with me" but I think his mom just tried to block it out mentally and didn't process it at all.

My parents know, mom even edits my stuff. Dad is proud as a long time porn collector. Two uncles know, one's a very liberal lawyer and the other is gay. So one supports my rights while the other wants to see my stuff. The rest of the family, ah no. I'm an only grandchild on dad's side so "Their little Angel" can't do stuff like that. And my mom's family is rather conservative.:bunny:

Would more than likely not be best pleased.. at least not my father's half. My Grandfather has been a deacon for nearly half a century, after he got back from the war, my grandmother was the church secretary for over a decade. They both are now in charge of the childcare program there. My uncle is an assistant to the youth minister.

So.. no, my father's family doesn't know. It's awkward enough that they continually ask if I have a girlfriend, when they're well aware of my preferences. Appearances have to be kept in the South, though. My mother's side, however.. are about as opposite as you can get and still be 'rednecks'. They don't care what I do, as long as I have funny stories, and can keep up with the Crown and the Jack.

I've only recently come into the business though, so they don't all know. I'm sure they'll have a wonderful time at the next family reunion.

My family is all aware of where I work and what my particular role is in the company and has always been very supportive.
