I would just pack a bathing suit. It's about 100 degrees and 4000% humidity. If you stand for two minutes outside the hotel, you will be completely drenched, so bring lots of clothes. And it rains almost every day between 3-5 pm, not just a sprinkle, but a torrential downpour.
