Does your family know what you do for a living?

I went home to visit one time about 10 years ago and not only brought out the scrapbook of movies I directed to the dinner table, but I also brought out my scrapbook of drag photos, too.

The world did not stop spinning on it's axis.

This sounds like me with my parents... boyfriends parents who don't know... different story... he was kicked out of the house when he was 19 just for owning a porn..LOL.. he thinks that they have grown older and more accepting, but shit, this is scary stuff..LOL

Everone knows except Mom. All she knows is that I work at home on the internet and make a decent living. She never asks about any details... which makes me think she kinda knows.

Not much left of my family here. Only a dad and an aunt which I haven't seen in ages. But my best friends all know and if I had a family I would have told them. For me there is no reason why I should hide what I'm doing.

My family knows but oddly enough is more afraid that I am going to get mixed up in 'organized crime' as a result. My mother wanted to make sure that I keep plenty of ammo incase the white slavers come looking for my hot teenage nieces while they visit me....'You know honey, just in case...." When she asks "how's business" i generally tell her "Nothing but coke fueled drug orgies" which always makes her laugh since I am the most conservative of my siblings by far.

They are good folks.

My Family knows and they are very supportive. My dad helps out around the office.
