I really kind of surprised that you are so hesitant to believe that people do all kinds of strange body modification... especially because of the business you are in... bodybuilding! Many bodybuilders regularly inject all kinds of toxic chemicals into their bodies on a daily basis.

And the reason that you don't see more model's injecting silicone is because it is essentially a poison in the body. It doesn't always stay in the area it is injected. It migrates and can be absorbed into other body tissues. Most people have enough sense not to mess with silicone. Remember, women used to inject silicone in their lips? It's illegal in the US now but still available in other countries.
