Whats your ratio with BlueLoot?

Blueloot used to be my best sponsor. Sadly, not anymore.

My conversion ratio from Jan 1st to Aug 1st 2007 was 1:1560 (35 sales).

But since Aug 1st till now it's 1:3877 (only 2 sales; one of which was a test signup).

It's either overexposed or RB needs to reinvent themselves. Frequent updates don't seem to cut it (for average webmasters at least).

RB sold like hot cookies back in 2004-6 while there were trials and I think models like Mathew, Jude, Mason, Sebastian and many others in hardcore turned on those switches in surfers better than now. Of course there are still very hot models (Criss R, Reese and many younger ones whose names I can't remember right now), but IMHO the older more hardcore approach was better. I have a feeling that sets with toys aren't too exciting for todays surfers.

My year-to-date Randy Blue unique conversion ratio is 1:2593 from free TGP, free site, free hub, and free link list traffic. Yep, not as good as a few years ago.

Randy Blue is bigger and better than ever, we offer our members many types of entertainment and the name is well known. We've changed a lot over the years and we'll keep changing. I wouldn't say we are overexposed so much as a lot of people already know the name and bookmark it. There are a lot of affiliates who do really well by using a creative twist in the way they promote us. We've changed a lot and I think affiliates will do much better with us by changing the way they promote us as well. People really get into Randy Blue because of the videos, so does the FHG approach work as well anymore? Maybe not. We still offer it because some people still do well with it, but try a different approach and you might find it works better than the FHG's do.

My Randyblue ratio for September was 1:218, but now I received an email from the boys at Gayforit.com saying you complained about the promo vids I had there, so they took 'em down. (I usually include my affiliate link when I do promo vids hosted there.)

So I'm confused... it seems what I was doing was working, but now it can't because the videos are history. Creative ways of promotion down the tube? (so to speak) So, where do I go from here?
