It is painfully apparent that you are new to this board. Perhaps it would be better if you took this advice....God gave you two ears and one mouth for a reason. That reason being, it is always better to listen (in this case read) twice as much as you talk (or in this case type). The people you are chastising are well respected members of this board. You, at this point, due primarily to your name calling and language, are not.
