I don't think there's anything wrong with it but I never have. Vanilla sex bores me and there's no way in hell I'm going to pay a stranger to tie me up. That's just asking for trouble. Besides, in bdsm it's all about trust and having a deep connection with someone, at least for me it is. So I don't mind spending the time to really get to know someone and let us get into each other's heads before we ever get around to playing.
