first off, welcome to the board!

now for your site, here are some suggestions:
1) break it up into smaller galleries with less pics per gallery, that will give you more ad space on each page
2) it scrolls width-wize right now on a 800x640 screen, that is not good - it will annoy your surfers to no end
3) use text links to your sponsors with juicy text, they work rather well.
4) your banner exchange features straight sites, they will never get clicks on a gay site
5) you are using sponsor content from gayready, loveboys, etc, but you are not advertising them anywhere - that is illegal and would violate their terms...you WILL get in trouble if and when they realize this. They will close your webmaster accounts and will likely get your hosting account closed and will give you problems with your domain name registrar too.
6) you are pulling a rectangle image from homestead, it makes loading the page slow, instead just use a coloured background for your table cell.
7) you have way too much white space under your counters
