On this page... http://www.berkeleyphotos.net/ your images are pointing to an images folder... http://www.berkeleyphotos.net/images/header_02.jpg

Are you sure that your images are not in another folder?

When I went to http://www.berkeleyphotos.net/header.jpg with firefox I dont even get the broken image, but a url of it.

Is it possibile there is something going on with your .htaccess and MIME types?

What is MIME? Its only with GoDaddy that I am having this issue, when I upload it to my dedicated server with HostHead, just as the files are, everything shows up just fine

On GoDaddy, I have uploaded to 4 different virtual accounts, and they all have the same problem.

That is where the images are, I just uploaded a header.jpg to show on the base directory that they are not showing up anywhere.

There aren't spaces or anything, and I showed the .JPG to show what happens when the file doesn't exist.

Another thing that I would check is "ownership permissions" set on the file. Not the file permissions, but ownership, example username.

MIME type tell the server how to deal with the files:

I think it has something to do with my files. Like (out of example) I went to UKnakedmen, and I saved an image and uploaded it to my server, it comes up fine.

This thing is really frustrating me, I sidestepped around it earlier by using .gif files (which work fine), but I have a larger project with several pages done already on it in jpg that I am working on now.

I have done this many times in the past (create a photoshop doc, slice it and save for web) but never with this issue, and even some of the photos that I have just resized aren't showing up.

Thanks everyone for helping me out, it seems that now everything is working normal. Looks like it was GoDaddy's issue and they just figured it out and its fixed.

Sometimes they really piss me off, it has been like this for over 24 hours, I have not been able to get any jpg images working, now, they work all of the sudden.

Now that I have wasted a few hours of the days work on that. :crybaby:

I know how frustrating stuff like this can be. I'm glad you got it working now.
