yeah this is the HOA shit from like 4 years ago. although they targeted us to get us out they couldn't name us in the lawsuit cause we didnt own the house at the time. it was a messed up situation basically the "Alliance defense fund" got involved ( the Christian right wing ) was financing the HOA, we eventually got tired of fighting it and moved ( bigger house and NO HOA however the lawsuit went on and on and on.

sucks cause now this will basically become case law. and its interesting, I did a tax record search, and the same businesses that were operating in the neighborhood 4 years ago... yep they are mostly still there.
