Hey thanks... really! It's nice to know that you don't want me as a moderator anymore. And thanks for not bothering to tell me. FUCK YOU!

Btw, I'm probably in the top 5 of post count on this board. Take my post count and suck it!
I hope your ad revenue dries up to nothing.
All in all were just ah 'nother brick in the wall.
Be Who You Are!
Actually...
Yes, you were removed as a moderator, yesterday evening, along with several other people, but you were all upgraded to administrators, which is why your names no longer show on the bottom of the forums, just like mine doesnt.
Dont bother though, if you cant even have the common courtesy to contact me by ICQ, AIM or email to make sure your assumptions were fact before flying off the handle $0.02
Sorry im running a business, training a new staff member and have a personal life which meant i didnt have time to get in touch with you or the others before i made the changes.
Regards,
Lee
Oh that's fine. There are other much better places to post.
BYE!
Oh wait... don't delete my account yet
WHY would you make someone you haven't talked to in months an administrator? That makes no sense. We haven't chatted in VERY long time... and suddenly you make me an administrator? Yeah right.
And I didn't have any adminstrator/moderator thread tools. So just admit it. You removed me as a moderator without even having the courtesy to email me.
Dude,
Im not getting in to this with you in public.
Have you tried logging in to the administrators control panel? No, because you dont know the URL to it.
Have you contacted me privately about this yet? No.
You have already made up your mind that i have slighted you, nothing i say is going to change that, because you beleive you are right.
Im done, when you want to act like an adult and contact me directly, feel free to do so, you know how i can be reached.
Regards,
Lee
ok, this is funny... first you promote him to administrator, but due to lack of time do not notify him. Then when he questions your words, you go and say "Have you tried logging in to the administrators control panel? No, because you dont know the URL to it."
That's just hilarious... promote someone to admin, don't notify him and then attack him as to not even trying to log in to admin panel to which he had no access or knowledge of....
I may be completely off here, but whatever happened to courtesy and professionalism? While it is true that Lee dropped the ball when he failed to contact those people that he upgraded to Administrator, why in the world would someone flame him in such a derogatory way for it? A simple email asking for an explanation would have been far more appropriate than showing one's ass on a public forum. We all know what it's like to have a hundred projects going at once and yes I agree that Lee should have contacted those individuals that were affected by the changes he made BEFORE he made the changes, but this is his site and how he chooses to handle it is his prerogative. I have not been a part of this board for long, yet I have never known Lee to stoop to flaming a person back and if you really read into the reply, you can tell that he's feeling the stresses that this job can bring on at times. This entire thread is based on emotional reaction to another person's actions and NOT on a level headed, mature or professional business level. I see situations like this on a daily basis, whether on the boards, on the news, or even in my own home. This entire world needs to take a deep breathe and pause before reacting on a purely emotional basis. We are all reverting back to little kids on a playground and I for one don't see any positive benefits to that for anyone, anywhere.

It is "strange" that a mod gets promoted to admin and loses his moderator abilities. Most admins that I know can still moderate threads. The admin CP is kinda a boring place.

Wow.
I agree with Lee. This was no subject for a board post.
