It's hard, I have 3 people receiving my orders and I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to have 5 or 10. These guys are 2 in Australia and 1 in Buffalo so they don't have the same schedule, I'm positive emails and a good organized email client are the best solution. But of course you have to be organized yourself to make it work. Dealing with different times and different people is a great experience, it's also stressful so be warned, this is no easy job.
