A few months ago Google advised me that having the words "twink" & "boy" will get your AdWords campaigns suspended.

Jumping through hoops, we changed some of the terms to "young men". That too was rejected.

They told me that any reference to "boy" or "young" would qualify as "teen porn concepts".

They proceeded to give me a list of unacceptable terms:

barely legal porn
cheerleader sex
Lolita porn
school girl porn
school boy porn
teen photographs
teen porn
teen sex
teen xxx
twinks
young girls
young boys

Of course some of those terms are pretty obvious, but "young men" isn't even on the list they gave me & they still rejected it.

What's worse, not only did they suspend the ad in question, but every Ad Group under that campaign.

We finally cleared it up after some creative rewording. This was frustrating as hell!
