i can tell you what most programs offer the most of - 468x68, 468x80 and 120x60. but there's a lot of new sizes around, and it's best to cover as many bases as you commonly see around.

btw, i doubt that most affiliate programs count which banners their affiliates use. they mostly know when affiiates need custom sizes.
