I like how the mother thinks this was an "intentional act" on the part of the manufacturer. If Titan uses the DVD replicator we used to use, I'd wager it was simply incompetence... our "Tastes Like Twinks" went out containing Falcon's "Sting: The Taste of Leather" after the replicator fucked up... which is why we don't use them any more

agreed! , mainstream and adult do not mix , kinda'surprised titan does not have their own replicator's and/or uses an adult duplicating service , it would explain why their features never seem to last longer than 5 years on those cheap DVD's I stopped buying studio direct years ago.

The most likely scenario is that the disk came from a pirate factory in SE Asia or China. The price of Target discount cartoon DVDs means they are coming from Asia, not from the USA. We are investigating the issue and are trying to get our hands on a copy of the pirated disks to help us track and locate the pirate factory.
We do not use "Adult industry" replicators, we only manufacture the USA and the disk in question did not come from our replicators.

I remember another incident a couple years ago where a large number of people trying to buy a G-rated DVD called "Sons of Provo about a Mormon boy-band instead got a title called "Adored: Diary of a Porn Star."
Apparently, only some of the DVDs were returned
Our previous replicator has their own manufacturing facilities and is based in the US. They primarily do commercial (non-adult) work including, I think, work for Disney, which is why I thought it might be them. But the point about the pricing at Target and it being an Asian replicator does make sense.
The mother had this to say:
She recalled seeing the words “Titan Man” or a similar reference on the screen.
To me, that does not mean it was Titan content as she was not really sure what she saw. So far, it sounds like nobody has confirmed where the content came from.
I agree with Gill that the most likely scenario was this DVD was a pirate and Titan had nothing to do with it at all.
