it seems to be irrelevant, since the name john doe is used in the majority of this cases by people that do not want to reveal any names. If this video company stated that they trademarked it have they present any legal documentation so far or they havenīt?
P.D: what about the tv show JOHN DOE are they planning to suit the network as well!
