On Monday I received a CCBill check about 1/2 week late.

See, we have problems with our mail carrier that delivers our mail. We first thought perhaps it was this. But then when CCBill said it was a nationwide issue, then I wanted to approach the forum.

Our checks were three days late last week, but the checks this week arrived today just as they always do, so things seem back to normal.
My ccbill checks were also late. I called them and they said they were sent but blamed it on mothers day and the stimulus checks. I did finally get my checks yesterday. About four days later then normal.
I have talked to many about this situation and am glad to hear they are starting to arrive.
We are unsure of the exact reason that last weeks checks were late for some webmasters, mainly East of the Mississippi. We sent the checks out as normal so we can only assume this was an error caused by the USPS.
If you haven't thought about it yet, I would certainly recommend FedEx delivery or wire transfers, sure these cost more but they are guaranteed and trackable. To offset the cost you can even place a minimum payout amount on your account or set them to be delivered every few weeks or so instead of every week.

Still no ccbill check, not even one from this past week. There is now over $600.00 floating around in paper.
We did sign-up for the wire. Unfortunately, we pay you $15.00 and 6% to our bank for the amount of the wire. This sucks, but oh well.
I also placed a telphone call today to the Consumer Advocate's office in Washington, DC questioning about this. They informed us that there have been no complaints or questions regarding the delivery of any mail.
I also made a call today to client support and they said one of the accountants has been out sick which is why there has been a delay. JJ called them later not knowing that I made a call and questioned about it and the Client Support rep said there have been severe weather conditions sweeping throughout the southeastern states for the past couple weeks.
This was informed to us last Friday. Since we've been looking at weatherchannel.com and it shows no severe weather other than a thunderstorm that lasted an hour and 20 mins.
As you see, everytime we call or speak to CCBill Client Support the answers change.
The running around is what bothers us. If something happened the checks have been later, tell us. We can understand that more than being given a run around every time we question.
See.... we payout other studios a percentage of the net payout on our memberships. Plus of course CCBill pays the affiliates. When we don't receive a check, it's also holding back our producers for example Hot Desert Knights is one of our biggest producers. We can't pay them until we're paid. This is why this is such a big deal to us.
