Correct me if I am wrong, but with BO you can load up all you blogs with RSS feeds from one admin. But in doing so, the blogs that have the same feeds will all have duplicate content.
Blogs organizer has a feed randomizing function as well. When you select your multiple feeds for each blog there is a randominzing function selector that sort of accomplishes the same effect of randomizing your feeds.
