We found one that does really well. The site is: CollegeFuckFest.com, they're affiliate program is at TripleXcash.com.

We made the mistake of somehow getting their banner into our members area of one of our sites. Dont know how it happened, but it turned out to not be a mistake. We were receiving these checks and didn't know who the hell they were from. So we investigated the checks. And it was coming from them. So then we found the banner. It's still there, and we convert very well.... especially on a gay-bisexual niche'd site!!!

There's my 2 cents. It does very well for us just with a banner.
