If a model asks for a little help and doesn't have any hangups, you can also say "Sorry, but our policies don't allow us to do that; we treat you with professionalism and expect the same in return. We don't believe it's a good practice to blur the lines between something you're hired to do professionally and sex off camera."

And it can be just as creepy -- and make a model just as uncomfortable -- whether the producer/director is 20 or 50, and whether he is in perfect condition or weighs 300 pounds.

Of course, it's a decision each studio owner / producer has to make for themselves. I suspect that a large percentage of people that get into this business do so for the "fringe benefits", but there are some who don't.
