    warning pages have NEVER been proven in a court to give you any legal protection or 'good will' and IMHO are a total waste of time, not to mention they add a huge bounce rate to your site causing you to lose quite a lot of potential income. If you want to be responsible, label your site.

    I've seen this question come up on other boards a lot (and I've asked it myself) and the consensus seems to be not to use warning pages for blogs or tgps but if you have a pay membership site to use one.
