US Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan has been characterized as the most anti-porn US Attorney and the greatest threat to the 1st Amendment. The poor woman was not a pornographer at all -- more like operator of a child sexual abuse victim online AA meeting and she was charged with federal felonies. That was a true travesty of justice and abuse of power by a prosecutor. In my opinion, one of Obama's greatest mistakes so far is not getting all of the fundamentalist US Attorneys resignations -- with Buchanan at the top of the list.

I remember talking to one of our marketing guys about that case...the lady in question was in her sixties or seventies and the paysite deal was to cover the costs of the site and to keep kids off of it in the first place but they nailed her for 'making a profit' off of it. :bullcrap: :bullcrap: :bullcrap:
