I'm beginning to wonder if by inserting a Twitter Widget on Blogger whether that is what is causing their automated spam bots to identify blogs as a potential 'spam blog'. They state their automatic spam detection is inherently fuzzy and a twitter widget or any other similar widget for that matter could just be the cause.

Blogger states that spam blogs usually have a large number of links all pointing to one site, well surely that's exactly the effect you're going to get from a widget. After all its there solely for the purpose of directing traffic back to its home site, isn't it?
