I think it is a case of a judge actually applying the much lauded but rarely displayed quality of common sense to a bullshit move by a local prosecutor. It shouldn't be necessary to reword the law so it explicitly specifies that the parties disseminating it are of a certain age in relation to the age of the people in the pics or whatever. Every time you make a law more detailed to address very specific set of circumstances you open up ten loop holes. That judge did the right thing in curtailing a public official applying a law in a way in which it was obviously never intended, and that approach to these things should be the standard modus operandi of our legal system.

But, yeah, it will never fucking happen.
