Typically i would agree with you however, given there are plenty of 'drunk' spring break / mardis gras type sites out there (even some that arent, that type of site, College Sex Parties from TopBucks for example) i think there are exceptions to the rule and i do feel like a really good exception to the rule is going to be doing a shoot specifically for a 'drunk sex' site.

If the models know what is going to happen, the producer does his part and there is someone there to make sure things dont get out of hand etc, it should be okay right?

I mean most producers have their models sign a liability waiver anyway, so long as all the 'legal paperwork' is taken care of prior to the shoot, there shouldnt be any legal issues that arise.
