We actually had this discussion Tuesday...

The things that really motivate us is that we are always coming out with new ways to better offer our products, services, and both combined.
Here we strive to meet the online consumer bases needs and wants. We are always putting our minds together to do this.

It is honestly fun and a blast to brainstorm on what we can offer the consumer next that is better than what we have done in the past.

The fact that we publish content (online publishing), come up with crazy creative ideas, and continuously better ourselves at what we do - that is a treat in it's own.

We've only ever had a couple bad launches. But in the business world there are risks associated with every decision. You pick yourself up, say that didn't work, and you go on.

3 years ago, we only had 8 DVDs out, now we have roughly over 300 and growing. We only had one site then, now we have over 300. We are constantly building. That is just the pleasure of motivation in it's own.
