Oh, sorry, I should have said. It's a volunteer position so there's no cash involved. But I give my reviewers as many assignments as they want, so there's never a shortage of porn. And I always try to match reviewers up with sites that meet their likes and dislikes (ie; bears, twinks, bareback, whatever).

Obviously some assignments will be to sites that are high-quality while others are for sucky sites (not to mention the individual tastes therein) -- that's the nature of a review site -- but since we can't keep up with the number of sites we want to review we are able to concentrate on ones that we are hopeful will be fairly good.
