One thing I've learned over the past decade in this industry is not to be judgemental of other webmaster's content, especially if I'm not familiar with their demographic audience.

Oh, no... I'm not judgemental. I would never critisize anyone over their product. It just kinda scared me like WHOA! I do apologize if it came off that way. One thing I've learned in this industry is it takes all niche's and all different markets to make up the industry.

    I'm cool with that.

Perhaps your initial "scared - whoa!" reaction is a good sign...meaning our content still has the ability to startle visitors out of complacency, hehe.

    'preciate the feedback.

It definitely does give the visitor a means to look around to get a little more inquisitive about what the site has to offer.

I'm an affiliate as well as an affiliate rep. To me - and to a lot of my peers - they go hand in hand. How can an affiliate rep have any idea what affiliates need if they're not one or have never been one themselves?

I also blog for others, do a lot of design work and a bit of programming as well. I love networking in this industry and getting to know new people. Even if no work is had out of it, there is always the benefit of making a new online friend and sometimes even getting a great link trade going. LOL.

    Cool thread.
